I have heard a lot of information about Coconut Water.  My husband at one time had heat exhaustion and was told that coconut water would be great for him.  When he had the heat exhaustion his potassium and sodium levels were drastically reduced and he was told that this would help keep it up better after it got restored.

I looked up more information on coconut water.  Some interesting facts that I learned:  coconut water comes from young coconuts, after a while it turns into milk; coconut water is is filled with a class of minerals that is filled with an electric charge, aka electrolytes; coconut water is truly high in potassium.  There are many other benefits of coconut water, it helps with issues such as acidity in the body, kidney stones, high cholesterol, weight loss, circulation, detoxification, liver disorders and more.  To me coconut water seems to be almost a cure all for every day problems.

I tried this Cocozia Coconut Water.  One thing I truly noticed about it was that it really needs to be shaken up before drinking it.  I prefer to mix it with something else.  It has an acquired taste.  It doesn't have a horrible taste but it is different.  It does have a coconut flavor to it.   I prefer to mix it with something else.  I actually mix it with my smoothies.  I think if I drank it more often I would better like the taste of it plain but it works really well with the smoothies.  I will continue drinking it this way as it is full of great qualities.

These Homep Multi-Color Trash Bags are great. We have a small trash can in our bathroom but could never find a good bag for it. These fit our trash can well. This has to be the most adorable cupcake stand I have ever seen. I am actually going to just leave it out as a display because it is too cute to hide away in a box. It stands 18" tall so it will be noticed too. I am sure that everyone that sees it will want one.

The holders come off easily so they make it easier to clean after use. The whole stand can be washed so there won't be any germs or food left on them.

Beautiful Hand Painted Wine Glasses by Valentina Paris

Beautiful does not even begin to truly describe these glasses.  They are absolutely gorgeous.  The handpainted design on them is exquisite.  I have never seen such detail on glass.  The fact that they are mouth blown blows me away too.  Valentina Paris states that they don't have two glasses that are made the same.  Upon looking closely at my glasses, I believe that because both of mine have a different design and different coloring.

They are very tall, I put them beside my 3 year old granddaughter and they were nearly half her size.  Upon measuring the height I discovered they were around 29" tall.  The stem is small enough that it makes it easy to hold.  The glasses, although huge, are not extremely heavy.

Oh the sweet days of summer and the grilling that comes along with it. We love to cook out, especially when we have our small family get togethers. We hate cleaning the grill afterwards. We used to use brillo pads and wire brushes and that took a lot of scrubbing. Now we have this grill brush to use which is great. It has an 18" handle that is sturdy and easy to hold. It is great for all types of grills, from our charcoal grill to our gas grill. It cleans all the way around the grill, inside and out and gets it superiorly clean. It is easy to clean up afterwards too, we just run it under water and usually put a little dawn dish liquid on it. It has a really nice cover to it also. The best thing about the cover is that it makes it so much easier to store and not worry about my 3 year old granddaughter grabbing it and scraping herself all up. I now know that our cookouts will be even better because we can start off with a clean grill and end up with a clean grill and it won't take as much time as it used to. We have a full grown chow who sheds like crazy.  She likes to go off places with us but she is so hairy it's hard to take her.  It is so aggravating to sit in a seat after her and have her hair attached to us.  It is also aggravating when we go somewhere when it is raining and she is soaked.  I don't like the smell of wet dog in the car, it is a hard smell to get rid of.

This doggy bucket front seat cover is awesome and has helped us take her with us without those worries.  It is so easy to install and to remove.  We just place it over the seat and buckle it up.  There is a strap to go around the back and one for the headrest.  It also has an anchor to hold it down.  The best part of all is that it doesn't move when she climbs in and out.  It is easily wiped down with a cloth too so if she gets it all muddy it will be okay.  It is a sturdy cover too, I don't have to worry about her nails puncturing it.

We live in mosquito city. There are always mosquitoes biting us. It makes it hard to want to go outside. I dont want to put that harmful spray on and sometimes it is hard to wear the bracelets. My dad doesn't wear ties every day but he does have to for work occasionally. He has had a hard time finding a good tie clip at all. I thought this one would be great for him. He said it works great, a little harder to get on to start then no problems. He said he likes the way he can slide it on the tie and his shirt and it holds it in place, no movement at all. He also said that it doesn't leave any marks on his tie or his shirt. It is a nice looking shiny clip. It doesn't go across the whole tie which is even better because it doesn't show on the sides. This tie bar clip is sturdy so it will last a long time too. This is much better than the tie pins he was using because he doesn't really feel it against his chest either. I love the box it came in also. It is a nice black box with a purple lining on the inside. You can put it back in place on the top of the box or lay it on the inside against the satiny cloth. My dad is on the road all the time. He drives about 1 1/2 hours to work on the interstate. He had been wanting a dashcam for a while but couldn't decide which one. He said this one is awesome.

We ran the wires, attached the suction cup on the window, attached the unit to the suction cup, plugged it in, set the time and date and that was all that we had to do.

My dad said that this unit comes on every time he gets in the truck and starts it up. It records for a good amount of time so no worries about just having snippets of video. The quality of the videos are good too. It does have an internal battery that will allow you to record for just about 10-15 seconds but works best while plugged in. I don't get outside a lot.  Although I wear shorts as much as possible, I also don't get a great tan on my legs.  My arms tan pretty well but my legs not so much.  I thought it would be great to be able to tan my legs so they look more like my arms too.

These Glow2Go towelletes by #thermalabs are great for taking care of that too.  They are so easy to use and quick.  There is a spot to press on to dispense one individually wrapped towel at a time.  The fact that each towel is individually wrapped is great too because then they won't dry out while being stored.

It does say not to shave within 24 hours of application.  It is also best to shower and exfoliate before use.  So basically, I shaved then about two days later decided to try it out.  Took a shower with an exfoliating body scrub, dried off good, and got ready.  I opened up a pack and noticed the towellette was wet, which is good.  I then started wiping the towellette up and down my leg, making sure to cover all areas.  It was a little weird because I couldn't see where I applied other than my leg looking wet, lol.  It then advises you to not get dressed for at least 10 minutes so there is ample drying time.  It didn't seem to take 10 minutes but I had to follow directions because I am like that.  Then I watched my legs start turning from white to brown.  Oh what a beautiful tan my legs had then and no streaks.

This is an easy to use way to give yourself a tan to show off with dresses and shorts.  It is not messy.  I like that it comes with 20 towelletes for a reasonable price.  The storage box it came in was also nice looking and could easily be stored away in a closet, drawer, etc.  I did receive this at a discount in exchange of my honest, unbiased opinion.  I am very satisfied with it too and would recommend it highly.

I am hard on my phone. I am on it almost from the time I get up to the time I go to bed. I also have a lot of apps with push notifications, which kills the battery quickly. I wanted a case that would protect my phone and recharge it. This case is perfect. It has a nice soft feel to it on the outside but it is also durable. It was a little hard to get it on to start with but it wasn't too hard. I like that you can reach all the buttons easily. The power button is pretty even with the phone case but it is easily pushed in. There is a button on the back to push to make the phone charge when it is low. I also like that this case actually takes an iPhone 6 charging cable, I have had some that took cables that would fit an android. I am thrilled that this case allows me to charge my phone and the case when plugged in also. I have had cases that would not do that and who wants to take their phone out of the case to charge it, not me. The case doesn't add any bulk to the phone, other than making it slightly longer. The main thing I love though is the feel of the case, it is so smooth. I gave it to him for Father's Day and he was thrilled. He said this was a great soldering iron and station. He really liked that the tips are replaceable so he could change them instead of buying new irons all the time. The only thing I needed to get to add to it was some solder. He said the soldering iron works well, heats up and melts the solder quickly and easily. The dial can be adjusted and is color coded for different heats - yellow - 150 C, Orange - 150 -325 C, red 325 - 450 C. It has an on/off switch so it doesn't have to be unplugged when not in use at the moment. It is advisable to use this only in a well ventilated area and possibly wear a mask.
