My brother is disabled and on a limited calorie diet. These premium 3-compartment stackable meal prep containers with lids are so handy for him. I can fix his portion controlled foods for the week and freeze them. It is liking having the microwavable dinners but healthier. There are 3 compartments in each one. I like to put his meat in the larger one, vegetables in the medium size one and his starches in the smaller one. These containers stack so they are easy to store in the refrigerator or the freezer. They are microwaveable so I can take them straight out of the fridge or freezer and warm them up. I love that they are dishwasher safe as well as it makes clean up so much easier. The containers lids snap in place easily and open easily yet seal the food tightly. I no longer have to worry about what I will feed him daily because I can prepare it ahead of time.
