My dad is on the road all the time. He drives about 1 1/2 hours to work on the interstate. He had been wanting a dashcam for a while but couldn't decide which one. He said this one is awesome.
The best features:

-It has an automatic lock button and even a sensor for if you are in an accident
-It has a park mode so if your vehicle is hit when your aren't in it, you can record it
-You can turn the camera around to record inside the car
The only con I have discovered is it has to be continuously plugged in to work. That is not a big deal though because the pros of this outnumbers the one con. It didn't take but about 10 minutes or so for it to be hooked up in his truck. We ran the wires, attached the suction cup on the window, attached the unit to the suction cup, plugged it in, set the time and date and that was all that we had to do.
My dad said that this unit comes on every time he gets in the truck and starts it up. It records for a good amount of time so no worries about just having snippets of video. The quality of the videos are good too. It does have an internal battery that will allow you to record for just about 10-15 seconds but works best while plugged in. I received this at a discount in exchange of my honest, unbiased opinion which is this is an awesome dashcam.
