I get a lot of pains in my neck and hate taking medicine for it. I thought I would try this hematite necklace to see if it helped. I was pleasantly surprised that I did find relief in my neck pains. The necklace is heavy duty, it doesn't weight my neck down but it is heavy in my hand. It feels cool around my neck too. I love that it has a magnetic clasp because it makes it easier for people with arthritis to put it on and take it off. It also makes it easier if you have a baby pulling on your necklace because it will come off instead of choking you. The whole necklace has magnets so if I want I can wear it as a bracelet or anklet instead. It stays on my neck well so the magnets hold it tightly. It has a nice look to it and will go with anything I wear. I have noticed my neck doesn't hurt nearly as much since I started wearing it. I would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone.
